I'm a marketing graduate with close to two years of real FMCG brand experience across Dubai and London. Not just classroom theory. Actual retail accounts, live activations, and brand decisions that made it to shelf.
Most marketing graduates walk in with frameworks and no scars. I managed multi-brand portfolios, ran retail activations, and handled real commercial decisions before I ever set foot in a lecture hall. The MSc sharpened the thinking. The experience made it real.
A logistics degree means I understand the full journey from brief to shelf. I flag fulfilment risks early, reduce asset lead times, and brief sales teams in language they actually understand. Most brand people don't have this. I do.
Every brand I've worked with punched above its weight. Limited budgets, creative activations, scrappy GTM. That's not a gap in my experience. It's a skill set most brand execs spend years trying to build.
Brand Strategy, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing Analytics, Integrated Marketing Comms, and Innovation & NPD. Capstone: full end-to-end visual rebrand of Ribena titled "From Nostalgia to Now."
The operational foundation behind every brand decision I make.
A full strategic rebrand of Ribena built to win with the 18 to 30 audience. The challenge was keeping the heritage equity while making the brand feel genuinely relevant to a generation that didn't grow up on it. Covered consumer research, competitive landscape mapping, a new visual identity, and a complete launch communications strategy.
Outcome: Merit grade. The LinkedIn post about this project drew inbound connections from members of the Suntory brand team. Completely unprompted.
Ran the full consumer activation programme across Greater London for Unrooted, handling everything from asset logistics and staffing briefings to on-site execution. Built structured shopper feedback loops that turned real-time consumer data into insight reports within 48 hours. Took the role beyond activation to scout new stockists and re-engage lapsed accounts, directly growing the brand's distribution footprint.
Built and owned a shared brand planning calendar that sales, merchandising, and external agency partners all worked from. Fewer panics. Smoother campaigns.
Category analysis across personal care surfaced gaps that went straight to senior brand management and shaped where investment was pointed next.
Flagged fulfilment risks early enough for the team to act. No missed sales. Shelves that stayed stocked when it mattered most.
Ran shelf audits across multiple retail accounts and produced the positioning brief that directly shaped go-to-market pricing and placement decisions.
Posted the Ribena rebrand on LinkedIn and had Suntory brand team members reach out to connect. No cold outreach. The work did it on its own.
Graduated with Merit in 2026. Came into the programme with real FMCG experience and left with the strategic layer to match it.
"I had the pleasure of supervising Pratham during his time as a Brand Intern, and he proved to be a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented team member. He supported the brand team with monthly performance reports across multiple brands, conducted brand analysis including mapping and gap identification, and assisted with data comparisons to drive clearer insights. He also contributed effectively to creating structured and impactful presentations for internal use. Pratham consistently demonstrated a strong work ethic, analytical thinking, and a willingness to learn. He handled responsibilities with maturity and was dependable in meeting timelines and expectations. I'm confident he will be a valuable asset to any team he joins."
"Pratham is incredibly enthusiastic, eager to learn, and has an excellent sense of humour — a pleasure to have in the classroom. I'm certain he would be an asset to any team that hires him."
I want to be somewhere I can own campaigns from brief to execution and actually see the results. FMCG or a founder-led brand where things move fast and the work is real.
Taking on more ownership of brand planning and stakeholder relationships, while deepening the commercial and strategic side of the role.
Running a brand or sub-brand with full P&L ownership, leading agency partners, and shaping innovation strategy for a category I genuinely care about.
Building challenger brand strategy from the ground up, whether inside a fast-scaling FMCG business or as an early hire at a founder-led brand that wants to do something different.
I'm actively looking for Brand Executive, Assistant Brand Manager, and Marketing Executive roles in FMCG and founder-led consumer brands. Close to two years of real FMCG experience, an MSc with Merit, full right to work in the UK, and ready to get started.
